Shooting the blanks.

You ever just stare at a blank screen and watch the arrow blink? That’s what I’m doing right now. Well, now I am filling the screen with some random thoughts, like this word right here à this word.

My mind is tired and I can’t seem to make out any thoughts worth placing on something labeled for school. However, I am currently listening to Runner Runner. Haven’t heard of them? Check em’ out man…they are pretty good. I’m pretty sure my idea of a great band is one that has a song that works for every single random mood. Okay, so they must meet some other criteria but who cares right now. I do have a Ben Roethlisberger card on my desk. I love him, but I might actually love Troy a little more. OH GOD! What if there is no football this fall. I might die. I will have no idea what to do with my Fall. No, it can’t happen. It WON’T happen.

Moving along… I got nothing here. Oh yeah! I finished Summer Island by Kristin Hannah, FINALLY. I know, it took me about a month. You don’t understand school has my days filled along with my children and the non stop chores around the house. It’s all cramping my style lol. You know what I don’t understand? These wives that act like they have all the time in the world to do whatever they want. Do they have any clue what  it’s like to go to school full time and raise… wait for it… not ONE but TWO kids? No they don’t apparently. I have friends who have four kids, go to nursing school full time and are single parents. Now those gals are like rare gems I tell you. They are all wonderful and strong. Once you move past having only one child, things just get hectic from there on. I remember having only one child for about a year and a half. Then Adyson was born and I have been running a marathon ever since that day. Boy oh boy…. Boys are CRRRAZY.  Try having two toddler boys at one time…no fun lol

Moving on yet again… I will type in this Summer Island review tomorrow IF I get the chance. I should be able to but you never know folks. I will tell you now that it was very well written, moving and another winner by Kristin. So far, I have read two of her books and I am really enjoying her writing. Can’t wait to start and finish Winter Garden.

All right, I am going to get off here and get another hot shower today. I can’t get rid of this headache.
